Mark Humble’s musical life started with a childhood visit from a door-to-door accordion salesman. At 21 Mark headed to New York City, working at a radio production company by day and honing his songwriting skills by night in the East Village anti-folk scene. Humble’s first album, Guilty Pleasure Cabaret, showcased his talents as a songwriter, instrumentalist and arranger, leading to work in film, theater and television. He has written and produced music for Sesame Street, A&E’s Biography, and the Smithsonian Institute. His Beatles tribute band recorded an album of Christmas classics in the style of the fab four, contributing tracks to the Tim Allen film Christmas with the Kranks and the NBC hit Scrubs.
