The instrumental introduction is in C major (lydian?), and is about 15 seconds long. After that, the main body of the song is in A major. At 1:52, it moves to a bridge that ramps up a whole step to B major. This bridge is followed by another appearance of the introduction, and then an outro that returns to A major.
