Lots of folks have different ways of helping manage their mental health. My beloved spends time in the garden, I play guitar, my dad builds wooden trugs.

And my brother? He flies kites.

This is a song about a kid and their kite.
Or perhaps about a kite and its kid.

Mostly, this is a song for my brother.
