Our song In the Future is inspired from a scene from the movie Plan 9 from Outer Space where the narrator, The Amazing Criswell, introduces the film. Criswell was an American psychic, popular in 1950s - 1970s who often made SHOCKING PREDICTIONS about the FUTURE! He was the Liberace of the spirit world, who wore an outlandish sequined tuxedo, had well coiffed hair, and was known to sleep in caskets.
