I've failed miserably against my own target of doing one cover from every round; I started 'Invisible Ink' by HPH from Round 1 weeks ago now, but kinda lost my way with it, so I've parked it for now. I'll come back to it at some point, I'm sure. I was busy with other stuff after Round 2, so didn't have a chance to even think about a cover.

I really liked this See-Man-Ski song from Round 3. I think I took the wrong meaning from the lyrics though, and it wasn't until I'd finished that I went back and reread the original bio. I took it be more of an anti-anti-immigrant song, a sort of mocking take down of an anti-immigrant view of life. Every fascist movement that I can think of starts with an anti-immigrant stance. The 'othering' is an essential part of the game plan and it's profoundly depressing.to see that game plan being played out in such a classic fashion in so many places around the world, including where I live. It's like we learn nothing as a species.

Anyway, that's what I took from the song, and this is what I did to it. Sorry See-Man-Ski!
