My Homie, is about my experience living is a house who has seen in upwards of 50 roommates come and go and about the few pets that have come and gone and in one case stayed around.

Mostly this song is about our pet rat who was so cool named Lil' Homie who passed some years back. Currently, we have a cool cat named Kyro who lives with us and is the chillest feline around.

This song is kind of a tribute to them and my roommate experience as a whole.
